This Privacy Policy outlines what information is processed when you use our platform, how that information is handled, and the measures we take to ensure your personal celebrations remain confidential and secure.
2. Architecture: Local-First by Design
Unlike traditional online design platforms that transmit every keystroke, uploaded photo, and audio file to a remote cloud server, MyNimantranlt on a local-first browser architecture:
- Local Draft Storage: When you enter couple names, venue details, and ceremonies, this information is saved in your browser's local IndexedDB and localStorage storage mechanisms.
- Client-Side Rendering: Generating your MP4 video invitation, animated GIF, or PDF document executes directly on your computer or phone using WebAssembly and HTML5 Canvas technology. Your files do not need to leave your device to be rendered.
3. Information We Process
A. Wedding Details Entered by You
Names of the couple, parents and family members, dates, ceremony titles (e.g., Haldi, Sangeet, Pheras), venue addresses, RSVP contact numbers, and custom greeting messages.
B. Uploaded Media Files
Photographs of the couple and background audio clips (MP3/WAV) you choose to upload. These files are stored in your device's IndexedDB and are never used to train machine learning models.
C. Hosted Share Links (When Enabled)
If you explicitly choose to create a shareable web link (e.g., for WhatsApp guests), the specific card details you chose to publish are securely stored in our cloud database (Supabase) to serve that link. A private edit link is given only to you so you can modify or remove the hosted card at any time.
D. Error Diagnostic Telemetry
We use privacy-respecting error tracking (via Sentry) solely to detect client-side browser crashes, video rendering failures, or unsupported codecs. These logs record anonymous browser user-agent and stack traces, and specifically exclude your wedding photos or sensitive personal data.
4. Cookies & Web Storage
MyNimantran does not deploy advertising tracking cookies, cross-site profiling trackers, or invasive social media tracking pixels. We strictly use browser-standard storage APIs (such as localStorage and IndexedDB) solely to preserve your active draft while you edit.

To deliver our web experience, we interface with select service providers who adhere to high security and privacy standards:
- Google Fonts: Web typography to display Hindi, Devanagari, and English scripts elegantly.
- Google Maps: Direct links created for venue navigation so your guests can locate wedding halls.
- Vercel: Web application hosting and content delivery network (CDN).
- Sentry: Technical error diagnostic monitoring without personal data retention.
6. Data Retention & Your Rights
Because drafts are stored locally on your device, you have instant, sovereign control over your data:
- Clear Your Data: You can delete all saved cards, photos, and audio files by clicking "New Card" or by clearing your browser cache/cookies at any time.
- Export & Backup: You can download your invitation as an MP4, GIF, PNG, or PDF file at any time without restriction.
- Regulatory Rights: In accordance with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA 2023), GDPR, and CCPA, you have the right to request clarification or deletion of any data associated with hosted share links.
7. Security Measures
All communications with our platform are strictly encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS). We enforce Strict-Transport-Security headers and Content Security Policies to protect against malicious injections and unauthorized access.
